All balances to be paid in full before delivery. Goods purchased carry a 12month guarantee (unless otherwise specified). Delivery times are approximate and delays may occur which are beyond our control. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Please Note: Sales or Lay-By cancellations incur a administration charge of 15% of total order cost.

Awesome Beds 4 Kids has the right to modify or discontinue products at anytime. Awesome Beds 4 Kids has the right to ship products that have similar functionality and performance as products ordered, but differences between what is delivered and what is described in a specification sheet or on the web site are possible.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail or by phone. All pricing and delivery information is subject to change without notice. Awesome Beds 4 Kids will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or any other information.
Returns
Awesome Beds 4 Kids will not accept returns on any product/s if the customer simply changes his or her mind. Please ensure you have measured your room size as this is your responsibility as we don't except returns under any circumstance if the bed simply doesn't fit in your room.
Damaged Goods
In the event that an item is found to be damaged by transport or defective from manufacturing, please contact us on 1300 556 243 ASAP.
Please also make note on any delivery paper work or consignment note. We will replace any item that is found to be damaged at the time of delivery.
Please contact Awesome Beds 4 Kids on 1300 556 243 or email service@beds4kids.com.au. We will require your name & address, invoice number, part number (see product instruction/installation sheet) and if the goods are damaged we ask that you provide photographic evidence of damage so we can pass onto suppliers and organise a replacement part ASAP.
Warranties
Most beds have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Awesome Beds 4 Kids will warrant any claim if product is found to be defective upon photographic proof. The item/s will be covered under each different products warranty terms & conditions as stipulated by different manufactures. Awesome Beds 4 Kids will replace the broken part free of charge and have it delivered the same way as you purchased the bed if an item/s is found to be defective. You will be responsible for any related costs and the cost of shipping the defective item/s back to Awesome Beds 4 Kids if the product is found not to be covered under the warranties terms & conditions. Proof of purchase will be required for any claims. If parts are broken under force Awesome Beds 4 Kids will not cover these items. You may contact us for replacement parts which we can supply for current models at your cost. Clearance items or product seconds do not have warranties unless stipulated.
You must contact Awesome Beds 4 Kids straight away upon inspection of goods from couriers and make note on delivery docket of the item/s being damaged. Once any item/s that are delivered and are found to be defective from freight damages please contact Awesome Beds 4 Kids. We will then contact courier and discuss if the damage is caused by freight or if it is a manufacturing problem. All flat packed beds that are delivered by couriers on behalf of Awesome Beds 4 Kids have insurance. If the goods are damaged Awesome Beds 4 Kids will act ASAP to rectify the problem.
Clearance Items
We’re sorry there are no returns on clearance items or floor stock beds. All clearance and floor stock labelled items are available while stocks last.
Payment
Payments can be made online or phone for orders. We accept cash, PayPal, credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, bank deposit, online bank deposit/transfer (please call or email for bank details)
Awesome Beds 4 Kids doesn't accept C.O.D (cash on delivery) from our couriers. The only time C.O.D is available is deliveries made within local area. If there are insufficient funds when the goods are processed, you will be contacted by email or phone. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until there are sufficient funds available.
Credit Card Fraud - Declined Orders
Due to company policy when an order is declined online (through eWay), we will require you to supply the following information:
# We will refund a small nominal amount under 15c to your credit card account.
# You will then be required within 48hours to call and tell our staff the amount deposited.
# (You will have to either look at your credit card transactions using internet banking or call your bank to find out amount deposited back to your credit card)
# If the amount can’t be supplied to us by phone (1300 556 243) within 48hours of this email your order will be cancelled immediately. And details passed on to relevant authorities.
