1. Pricing & Payment

✅ All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
✅ Payment must be made in full before delivery.
✅ Accepted payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX
PayPal
Afterpay & ZipPay (Buy Now, Pay Later options)
Bank Deposit & Online Transfers (Contact us for details)

? Credit Card Fraud Prevention:

If an order is declined through eWay, you must verify your identity before we can process the transaction.
A small refund (varied amount in cents) will be deposited into your account, and you must call us within 48 hours to confirm the amount.
Failure to provide this verification will result in immediate order cancellation, and details may be passed on to relevant authorities.

2. Order Terms & Conditions

✅ Full payment is required before dispatch.
✅ Orders are subject to stock availability.
✅ Goods are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
✅ Sales or Lay-By cancellations will incur a 15% administration fee of the total order cost.
✅ Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
✅ Please choose carefully – refunds are not given for change of mind or incorrect choices.

3. Shipping & Delivery

✅ We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.
✅ Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
✅ Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 2-7 business days
Regional areas: 7-14 business days
Remote areas: 14+ business days

? Important Delivery Notes:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes – a street address is required.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Missed deliveries: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

✅ Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

Available for customers who prefer to collect their order from our warehouse.
Orders are usually ready within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email/SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Returns & Refunds

? Change of Mind Returns:

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Room measurements are your responsibility – ensure the product fits your space before ordering.

✅ Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Report damages to 1300 556 243 and include photos of the issue.
Note any damages on the delivery paperwork at the time of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on assessment.

5. Warranty Information

✅ Most beds come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
✅ Warranty covers structural defects and workmanship issues but does NOT cover:

General wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, or improper assembly
Clearance items or seconds (unless specified)

? Warranty Claims Process:

Contact 1300 556 243 or service@beds4kids.com.au with:
- Your name & address
- Invoice number
- Photos of the issue
If the product is found to be defective, we will replace the part at no cost.(Delivery fee may apply)
If the defect is due to misuse, replacement parts may be available for purchase.

6. Product Information & Modifications

✅ We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
✅ If a product is discontinued, we may supply a similar item with equivalent functionality.
✅ All product descriptions are provided in good faith but may be subject to slight variations.

7. Clearance & Floor Stock Items

? No returns or exchanges on clearance and floor stock items.
? These items are sold as-is and are only available while stocks last.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

✅ Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

? Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

All transactions on Beds4Kids.com.au are processed through PayPal or eWay, ensuring industry-leading encryption.
Customer payment details are not stored on our website.
