Most of our products come with a 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated.
In most circumstances we can organise a replacement part. If for whatever reason we can't supply a replacement we will then discuss all options available.
Please note that we cannot accept “changed-my-mind” returns of unwrapped mattresses for hygiene reasons or, for the obvious reasons, of personalised items.
