At Awesome Beds 4 Kids, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Warranty Coverage

✔️ Most of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.
✔️ Some mattresses and premium products may carry extended manufacturer warranties (please check product details).

? What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty materials or workmanship)
  • Broken or defective parts not caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

? What’s NOT Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, modifications, or lack of care
  • Change-of-mind returns for unwrapped mattresses (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or custom-made items

3. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:
✔️ A replacement or refund
✔️ Compensation for any reasonable loss or damage

If a product has a minor failure, we will at our discretion:
✔️ Repair the item, or
✔️ Provide a replacement part

? What is a Major vs. Minor Failure?
A major failure is when a product:
❌ Has a defect that would have stopped you from buying it if you knew about it
❌ Is unsafe
❌ Is significantly different from the sample or description
❌ Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, and can’t be fixed easily

A minor failure is anything else that is fixable within a reasonable timeframe.

? Important: We do not provide refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or made an incorrect choice.


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

? Step 2: Provide the following details:
✔️ Your full name & address
✔️ Your invoice number
✔️ Product part number (see instruction manual)
✔️ Photos/videos showing the issue

? Step 3: Our team will assess the issue and let you know the next steps, which may include:
✔️ Sending a replacement part
✔️ Repairing the item
✔️ Offering a replacement or refund (if required under ACL)

? For warranty claims on mattresses or bedding: We may need proof of care and use to determine eligibility.


5. Additional Notes

  • Assembly errors, accidental damage, or improper use are not covered under warranty.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we may offer replacement parts at a discounted cost where available.
  • Clearance and floor stock items may have limited or no warranty—please check before purchasing.
