At Awesome Beds 4 Kids, we offer Australia-wide delivery on most flat-packed products.

1. Delivery Process & Timeframes
Beds & Furniture Deliveries
Once your order is received, we will contact you to confirm delivery timeframes. This may be through our CRM platform Thryv.
Delivery Days: Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
Standard Delivery Window: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary by location)
If your order is shipped via a express or overnight company, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. If you do not receive tracking details, please call 1300 556 243.
Mattress Deliveries
- We typically deliver boxed mattresses interstate.
- Non-boxed mattress deliveries must be arranged via phone with a professional furniture transport company.
- Please note: Returning a mattress under warranty can be costly, as most manufacturers do not cover return shipping costs.
2. Delivery Methods & Carriers
Our products are delivered via two primary methods:
A. National Courier Compaines (Doorstep Delivery Only)
We partner with Allied Express, Followmont, Northline & Aramex for general courier deliveries.
Important Notes:
✔️ Couriers / Overnight Transport Carriers only deliver to your doorstep (not inside your home).
✔️ We recommend selecting a garage or safe drop-off point if available.
✔️ Someone must be home to sign for all deliveries.
✔️ Orders via Allied Express, Northline, StarTrack, Aramex, and Australia Post may include insurance coverage.
B. Professional Furniture Transport Companies (Inside Delivery Possible)
Our preferred delivery method - For our Flat Packed Kids beds, bunk beds etc is or fragile items, we may also use a specialist furniture transport company.

3. Delivery Pricing & Estimated Timeframes
Capital City Deliveries
We use local couriers and furniture transport companies. Next-day delivery may be possible depending on stock availability and location.
Regional Area Deliveries
- If your postcode does not show in estimate shipping, please call 1300 5562 43 or email us for a quote.
- We may use Allied Express, Hunter Express and many reputable transport compaines for regional areas, but not all products can be sent via courier due to packaging limitations.
- Delivery to regional areas typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on location/ transport company.

5. Damaged Items & Returns
Damaged on Arrival?
- Check your items upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Contact us immediately at 1300 556 243 or service@beds4kids.com.au.
- Provide:
✔️ Your invoice number
✔️ Photos of the damage (to assist with warranty claims)
We will replace any product found to be damaged at delivery.
6. Assembly Services
Awesome Beds 4 Kids does NOT offer assembly services.
Need help assembling your furniture?
Check online for local flat-pack furniture assembly. Look for companies who have assembled similar products.
