DELIVERIES:
Awesome Beds 4 Kids can deliver Australia wide on most flat packed products (not including mattresses unless arranged over the phone), please use our shipping calculator (when you add a product to your cart - click add to cart and go to Estimate Shipping & Tax, and enter your postcode) or call 1300 556 243 for an accurate delivery quote 7 days a week during customer service hours. Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am to 3pm.
Awesome Beds 4 Kids will contact you in regards to all deliveries of beds and furniture once we have received your order. We can only deliver Monday to Friday. If your goods are being delivered by a transport company then the window for delivery is usually 9am to 5pm, although in some locations this can vary. We always encourage customers to track and trace directly from the companies website. You should receive this tracking number via email or text, if for what ever reason you don't receive then please call 1300 556 243.
Mattresses: We normally only deliver boxed mattresses interstate unless you have called Awesome Beds 4 Kids to arrange this service with a professional new furniture transport company. The reason we generally encourage customers to buy locally is due to mattress size and warranty issues. For example if you have an issue with your mattress it is a very expensive exercise to deliver back to manufacturer to fix and then resend, while some companies might pay for pick up they don't cover costs to resend, which is normally warranty procedure with most companies.
DELIVERING COMPANIES INFORMATION:
Courier Companies such as Allied Express, Followmont, Northline, Aramex and Star Track delivering on our behalf are obliged only to deliver to your doorstep. It’s very boring, we know, but we simply cannot get them to take goods into houses, let alone upstairs. We recommend that they deliver to your garage and leave goods there. There must be someone home to sign for all deliveries. All goods delivered by Allied Express, Northline and Star Track, Australia Post and Aramex couriers carry insurance, so you have peace of mind knowing that your product is covered.
Professional Transport Companies differ in that most of these companies can carry your goods inside the house depending on size, weight and if it is one or two person delivery. Please note some professional transport companies don't offer insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE WAY SOME PRODUCTS ARE PACKAGED WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER WITH AN INTERSTATE COURIER LIKE STAR TRACK.
CAPITAL CITY DELIVERIES:
We use a variety of methods to deliver into capital cities by local couriers and professional new furniture transport companies. In some cases deliveries can be made the next business day depending on stock and time of year. Please call 1300 556 243 for up to date delivery times.
REGIONAL AREA DELIVERIES:
If you are located in a regional area of Australia we strongly recommend that you call 1300 55 6243 for a delivery quote. If using the shipping estimate and your postcode doesn't show a price, don't assume that we can't deliver to your location a simple phone call or email and we will do our best to arrange.
We can use Star Track to deliver goods to regional areas, but this is product dependent and not all products can be delivered using a courier company. The risk of damage is higher using a courier service than a professional transport handling company. Please call 1300 556 243 and we can provide all of your options.
Most regional deliveries can be made within 7 to 28 working days. Obviously some transport companies may be slower than others depending on location and goods to be delivered.
CAN I PICK-UP AN ORDER:
In some cases you will be able to pick up your goods in capital cities. This information is provided in the delivery information section of each product. Please call 1300 556 243 to confirm if your product is available before ordering and to arrange pick up day and time.

PICK UP IS FAIRFIELD EAST - 24 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED - MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
In the event that an item is found to be damaged by transport or defective from manufacturing, please contact us on 1300 556 243 ASAP. Please also make note on any delivery paper work or consignment note. We will replace any item that is found to be damaged at the time of delivery. Please contact Awesome Beds 4 Kids or email service@beds4kids.com.au, we will require your details, invoice number and in most cases ask that you provide photographic evidence of damage so we can pass onto suppliers and organize a replacement part ASAP.
DO WE ASSEMBLE?
No Awesome Beds 4 Kids doesn't install beds upon delivery. We recommend that you look for a furniture assembler in your local area. If you can't find one than you can contact us and we will try to provide details of available companies or see below:
